Our
experience at Kempthorn was everything a buyer would want in a dealership. There
is always the bottom line in mind on both sides of the sale but our needs as
buyers were most important to Kempthorn. We were very well taken care of in
every way

Bob Novak went above and beyond
to help us in our time of crisis. We purchased the Jetta for our daughter
Samantha to help her establish credit. Less than two weeks later an elderly
gentleman turned left in front of her and she hit him head on at 45 mph. The car
saved her life. Her airbag deployed, doors unlocked, radio was turned off and
hazard signals came on. She walked away with severe contusions only...no broken
bones, no internal injuries, no major bodily trauma. The car was eventually
declared to be a total loss.
Bob Novak worked with us everyday after the
accident. He kept us calm, and he found an exact replacement car. He was a
wealth of knowledge and a rock. Thank you Bob! We wish to express our graditude
to Bob and to Volkswagon. You build a superior car and I feel we would have lost
our daughter that terrible day if not for the outstanding safety features .
